The Earth Codes Observatory believes it’s imperative in a new institution dedicated to envisioning a brighter future that youth leaders are fundamentally part of the planning and creative process. The program will mirror the Fellows Program and involve those passionate as :

• Futurists

• Technologists

• Ecologists

• VR/AR developers

• Indigenous leaders

• Animal behaviorists

• Biologists

• Documentarians

• Immersive theatre producers

• Story Tellers

• Sociologists

• Psychologists

Main parameters of the Understudy Program include:

• Being paired with a Fellow.

• Having a main project within a program or planning area.

• Maintaining a link with a home educational institution (for or without credit)

• Dedicating minimum one semester to the creation of a “product” — whether an art form, digital asset or process.
