Earth Codes Observatory, Inc. (ECO) has a Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement with the International Center for Ethnobotanical Education, Research and Services (ICEERS), adopted as of January 1st, 2025.

ECO meets the requirements of the US Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), allowing for federal tax exemption of nonprofit organizations.  ECO is registered with TAX ID NO. 84-3357747. Its main address is located at 2443 Fillmore St., STE 516, San Francisco, CA, 94115, USA.

ICEERS is a non-profit organization founded in 2009 with headquarters in Barcelona, Spain.  ICEERS’ NIF/VAT number is G67736892, and its principal address is Carrer de Sepúlveda 65, baixos 208015 Barcelona, Spain.
